I love eating simple salads in the summer, this one is one of my favourites. With baked potatoes and lemonade it's perfect for light summer lunch.

You'll need:
-1 tomato
-1 onion
-1 pepper
-olive oil
-salt
-oregano

Wash the tomato and cut it into cubes, wash the pepper and cut it as well. Peel and cut the onion. Mix it all in a bowl, add olive oil, salt and oregano. I don't like oregano in my salads, so I don't add it. 
This salad tastes the best if you eat it right away, although it will taste good even if you leave it in refrigerator for a bit.
